What is a trap? I only know of things to catch animals in, and this does not seem to be what is meant. This seems to be some kind of slang?
  • Trap is referring to the muscle trapezius. The trapezius has three parts - upper trap, middle trap and lower trap. This exercise is focusing on the upper trap(ezius).
